☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆
There are four bedrooms spread throughout the estate, each one designed to offer a quiet and luxurious retreat from the rest of the home.

The Master bedroom has a King bed, a 42” Smart TV with Cable TV (most of the sports channels, HBO, and Netflix), and a spacious walk-in closet, so unpack your suitcases and make yourself at home! There is a door that looks out over the balcony but the balcony can’t be accessed from this room.

The second bedroom also has a King Bed and a 42” smart TV. There are plenty of outlets and chargers to keep your devices charged.

Bedroom 3 has a Queen Bed and a folding single bed. This room also has a 42” Smart TV.
The final bedroom has a King Bed plus another folding single bed. Binge-watch your favorite netflix shows on the 42” Smart TV without ever leaving the bed.

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆
All 2.5 bathrooms feature modern fixtures and finishes and hotel-quality towels. One of the bathrooms includes both a deep corner garden tub and a walk-in multi jet shower enclosed in glass. The second bathroom features a tub/shower combo with sliding glass doors. The half bath adds flexibility to your arrangements.

☆☆ KITCHEN ☆☆
If you're bringing a group to, you'll want a kitchen big enough to accommodate the needs of a hungry crowd. The sun-filled kitchen has been recently upgraded with top-of-the-line appliances to ensure ease and convenience in the kitchen. The granite countertops offer plenty of space for meal prep, and the large sink and dishwasher make it easy to clean up after a feast.

The kitchen has a gorgeous swimming pool view, drawers full of kitchen essentials and utensils, and a center island that gives the designated chef(s) even more room to work their magic. Use the stove or microwave to cook from scratch or heat up leftovers from the night before. You could also order in. Enjoy meals together at the large dining room table.

Other convenient features include an ice-making fridge (there's an additional freezer in the garage), a gas cooktop, an oven, a Mr. Coffee coffeemaker with ground coffee and paper filters supplied, a toaster and a blender.

☆☆ LOUNGE ☆☆
The sleek marbled floors lead from the kitchen through the dining area and into the main living room. This ultra-modern space offers rest and relaxation in style, whether you're watching a movie on the flat-screen TV or hosting a game night until the wee hours of the night! The mostly white living room boasts a beautiful modern fireplace and an elaborate entertainment center.

A secondary living room is upstairs with a leather sofa, a few plush armchairs, and a feather-soft area rug on top of the beautifully tiled floors. Send the kids up here for a movie night while the adults enjoy cocktails and conversation downstairs, or settle here in the afternoon for a cat nap while everyone else hangs out by the pool.

The impressive amenities continue inside the home gym, complete with modern cardio equipment so you can lead a healthy lifestyle even when you're on vacation. There is also a game room complete with a billiard table, shuffleboard, foosball, darts, board games, and Bluetooth speakers.

☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆
The outdoor entertainment space truly sets this home apart from other vacation rentals. The resort-style pool in the backyard features a waterslide and is surrounded tan beds and sitting areas. Zen-inspired details like statues and water features create a calming and peaceful vibe around the pool.

There are sunny areas where you can pull out some loungers and work on your tan, and shady spots where you can enjoy the poolside activities out of the sun. Plush outdoor daybeds, complete with luxury mattresses and soft pillows, will make everyone feel like they are in the VIP section in one of most exclusive resorts.

When you're not enjoying the pool, explore the grounds and you will find a mini-golf course, a shaded basketball court, an outdoor kitchen, a giant chess set, a tranquil meditation area, and family yard games. Guest access

When you stay in this home, you’ll have it entirely to yourself. You can use all the rooms and amenities, except for a few locked closets and the master balcony. There's no street parking but there's plenty of space to park in the driveway and garage and the RV parking area.

You'll be given a unique code to access the front door and a guest book link full of all the information you will need.
There is a full-size washer and dryer available for you to use, and the kitchen and bathrooms are stocked with essentials.

From here, you're just minutes from the local grocery store, restaurants, breweries, hiking trails, shops, luxury spas.

We allow a max total of 8 adults plus 4 kids under 13 years old. During Day time you may have 4 additional guests (adults or kids) from 8:00 am until 10:00 pm.
