Yes. 5 Star STR is a licensed, locally owned property management company based in Las Vegas. We process payments securely and our team is reachable by phone and email at every stage of your booking.
We accept all major credit cards. Payment is processed securely at the time of booking.
Our homes range from 2 to 8 bedrooms and accommodate anywhere from 6 to 18 guests. These are large, luxury estates – not standard vacation rentals.
Most of our properties feature private pools. Many also include hot tubs, outdoor entertaining areas, and resort-style amenities. Each listing shows exactly what is included.
Our properties are designed with groups in mind. Spacious layouts, game rooms, private pools, and open living areas make them ideal for family gatherings, birthday celebrations, and group trips to Las Vegas.
Pet policies vary by property. Check the individual listing for details or contact us directly before booking if you are traveling with a pet.
Our properties are located in Las Vegas and Henderson. Some are within minutes of the Strip, others are in quieter residential neighborhoods. Each listing includes the exact location so you can choose what works best for your trip.
Check-in is at 4pm. Check-out is at 10am for larger properties and 11am for standard properties. We use a self-check-in system with a smart lock or keypad. Full instructions are sent before your arrival so the process is smooth and simple. Early check-in and late check-out may be available depending on the property schedule – contact us before your stay and we will do our best to accommodate.
Yes. Our local team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If anything comes up during your stay we respond fast – this is one of the core commitments we make to every guest.
All properties come fully stocked with linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen essentials. Every home includes high speed WiFi, smart TVs, and a fully equipped kitchen. Some properties feature outdoor entertaining spaces, game rooms, and resort-style amenities. Check each listing for the full amenity list.
Yes. Every property is cleaned by our in-house cleaning team between every stay. We do not outsource cleaning – our team is trained to our own standard and we inspect every turnover.
A cleaning fee and applicable taxes are added at checkout. There are no hidden fees. Everything is displayed clearly before you confirm your booking.
Cancellation policies vary by property. In most cases a full refund is available if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in. The exact policy for each property is shown on the listing before you book. If you have questions about a specific property contact us directly and we will walk you through it.
Security deposit requirements vary by platform and property. Guests booking through VRBO, Booking.com, and Marriott Homes and Villas, as well as guests staying at our condo hotel, will have a security deposit applied to their reservation. Guests booking through other platforms or directly may not be subject to a deposit. Full details are shown at checkout before you confirm your booking.
